Our name is Khan Development because we are a multi-role resource for owners, developers, and architects. High reliability is a Khan standard whether the assignment is pre-construction planning, general contracting, construction management or design/build.

Our construction services include evaluating the constructability of the project, reviewing the project for potential value engineering options, as well as cost estimating and scheduling prior to the execution of a contract. We can then provide or oversee architectural services and work to maximize available infrastructure to allow for the future. As Construction Manager, we procure the subcontractors, materials, permits, and labor to complete the project. We have the necessary contacts and experience to meet the specialized demands of tribal and governmental projects. From planning to ground breaking to occupancy to warranty, our goal is always to exceed our customer's expectations.
